Dr Golding-Granado has been practicing internal medicine and primary care in our area for over 20 years. She is also certified in Medical Aesthetics, and has been the owner of a successful medical aesthetic spa for over 6 years. Medical Aesthetics is the practice of using medical therapies and medical devices to treat and correct aesthetic and cosmetic issues related to aging, sun damage and chronic illness. Her comprehensive focuses on medical weight loss, diabetes management, menopause, women's health issues, bioidentical hormonal therapy in men and women. Her medical aesthetic focus is on treating acne, dark spots, wrinkles and other skin issues, corrective IV vitamin therapy, treating insomnia, treating issues with libido, chronic pain, obesity, chronic fatigue treatment, managing anxiety and evaluating thyroid issues.

Dr. Golding-Granado’s has always believed that internal medicine, medical aesthetics wonderfully complement each other and this synergist blend infuses her practice today.  Both these specialties can be of great benefit to the patient focused on health, wellness, longevity and disease prevention.  We will continue to treat and manage a broad spectrum of primary care issues like: chronic fatigue, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, thyroid issues, insomnia and decreased libido, menopause, to name a few examples.  She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Certified in Medical Aesthetics. 

Dr Golding-Granado is the Chief Medial Officer of the practice. She feels “As an internal physician for more than 20 years, I have developed an approach based on empathy and comprehensive communication with my patients, taking into account the mental and emotional aspects of health-related issues and treating the patient not just as an illness or disease. This holistic approach implies that I build a mutual bond with my patients, enabling me to guide them in the road to a better health, disease prevention and wellness. The art of medicine should not be rushed. I believe a personalized approach requires time and effort.  So my appointments now afford me enough time for each patient so that we can listen to their concerns and review necessary resources to allow me to best guide them to their health & wellness goals. We work WITH our patients, not FOR the insurance company.   Our goal is value not volume! Our membership model Primary Care practice will offer conveniences like: same day appointments, yearly Comprehensive executive Annual exams, Telehealth visits, mobile lab draws, IV Vitamin infusion therapy, hassle free medication refills and better “quality time” spent with each patient."  Additionally, only members get discounts on aesthetic services.

Our affordable “concierge model” or “membership model” of Primary Care: will cater to our patient, we strive to provide more personalized approach, quality 1 to 1 time spent with our doctor.  Our office will be open on weekdays and Saturdays. With this model we can offer patients easier access to the clinician and staff, which will allow us to better serve the needs of our patient clientele.
